Feodor’s current positions include, among others, managing partner of Finnish Impact Investment Ltd (Suomen vaikuttavuussijoitus Oy), board member of Veho Oy, board member of Nylund Group Oy and Nylund Capital Oy, board member of Savosolar Oyj, board member of JobGo Oy and chairman of the board of Leanpark Oy. He has special knowledge of strategic and operational leadership, value creation and development of businesses, ICT, marketing communication and branding, service business, venture capital and private equity investment, especially in the areas of clean technologies, healthcare and tech, ICT and general high-technology.

Feodor has 27 years of experience in business development in private and listed companies, M&A and board work. Feodor served for more than 3 years as the CEO of Cleantech Invest. Feodor has played a leading role in two stock exchange listings and is a founding member of FiBAN. Feodor has been a small business owner of a digital marketing agency and sold the business in 2009. Previous management positions in industrial companies have provided an understanding and experience of all business functions from product development and production to sales and marketing as well as various support functions.

Feodor loves to work with his Avant 635 loader at his summer cottage, and he’s an active hunter, tennis player and cross-country and downhill skier. He loves to cook and read and socialise with his family and friends.

Eelis is responsible for Provator’s investments and a member of the investment committee.
Eelis has 30+ years of experience in various expert and leadership positions in capital and investment markets in both selling and buying. Previously, he worked for FIM Asset Management as the CIO and member of the management team, being responsible for the investment management team and asset allocation, and as a portfolio manager for investment decisions. He has special knowledge in constructing investment processes, investment strategy design and incorporating quantitative methods to portfolio and risk management practices. He has written numerous investment view letters and has been a speaking partner to many institutional investors.

Eelis has headed the equity derivatives sales and sales trading businesses of SEB Helsinki and acted as an equity sales account manager for institutional clients. In the early 90s, he worked as an economist and researcher at the Bank of Finland.

Eelis is a board member of Siltala Publishing Ltd.

In his free time, Eelis enjoys long walks with his dog and plays tennis and guitar. He spends his holidays in the Mosel valley and is interested in cooking and wine.
